What helps us help you faster?

When you're hitting a technical issue, including this info gets you to a fix quicker:

Response time

We aim to reply within a few hours by email on weekdays. Urgent issues sent through Discord or Telegram often get a response within minutes during active hours. On weekends and evenings we do our best to get back to you as quickly as possible — most messages are still answered the same day.

Languages

Our team supports you in English, Dutch, and Russian — pick whichever feels most natural. We're based in Belgium, so European time zones are typically when responses are fastest.
